CUPW Vancouver will be conducting a series of Education “Workshops” on various Articles of the Collective Agreement. Is CPC management wrongfully administering overtime at your work location? Of course they are, this is Canada Post we are talking about! Are you interested in learning how to better understand your rights and entitlements as they pertain to OVERTIME? Learn to better interpret the language under Articles 15 & 17. How do the extension of hours work and how do they impact the process of administering overtime? Learn about Equal Opportunity Lists (EOL) and how seniority is applied. The workshop will be facilitated by one of the Fulltime Officers and an Arbitration advocate in order to explain the impact and effects Arbitration has on overtime grievances and what we are winning and losing.
