The virtual meeting room will open 30 min in advance of start time for member registration, we suggest you log in early to allow time for registration.

In order to accommodate those who experienced issues with the voting procedures or didn’t not have /lost their PIN, we were able to gather enough resources to add one more session.
Below are the details for the meeting. Attendance is mandatory in order to be able to vote in accordance with the National Constitution. Those that have pre-registered to vote through the telephone voting system will be able to call in to cast their vote.
In addition to attending the meeting you will be voting via Intelivote. You will need your 8-digit PIN in order to vote on the Intelivote system, which will have been provided to you by email and/or mail.
