This one-day course is designed for Vancouver Local members who want to strengthen their leadership and organizing skills. Participants will learn how to build confidence, solidarity and collective power to effectively address workplace issues and broader community challenges. The course encourages members to move beyond feelings of victimization and powerlessness by developing the knowledge, skills and strategies needed to organize and take collective action.
