How does Canada Post use this information to determine our staffing and how many relief we will need for the following year? How do they record the staffing information that determines how many relief carriers are required in a depot? Are there enough relief carriers in your depot/city and what role does the Union play? You will learn about the contractual obligations involved and the process of reading and recording Bar Chart data. Priority will be given to those who work in Group 2, where this measurement system is applied.
