This bulletin has been written in response to a document currently being circulated by Brother Pat Bertrand entitled “Christmas Overtime for MSC’s At The Pacific Processing Plant (PPC) and Hub (sic)”. It is our hope that this bulletin will shed light on the recent changes (and rumours) regarding the administration of RDO overtime to MSCs.
Under the Urban Operations Collective Agreement the four year period for our vision plans ends on December 31 2014. A new four year period commences January 1, 2015.

Over the last few weeks some of you may have noticed Canada Post Management soliciting members in regards to voluntary early starts for Mondays. There is no mention or language in the Collective Agreement that allows for this.
This year marks the 27th anniversary of the 1989 École Polytechnique murders, when fourteen young women lost their lives.
