New Business:
Whereas the Vancouver local is in the process of purchasing a property and;
Whereas the potential property requires the renovations and;
Whereas the Holding society has acquired 4 quotes from the contractors and;
Whereas this work will potentially be performed in the months of October/ November while we are in still our current location;
Therefore, be it resolved the Vancouver local holding Society be authorized to spend up to $200,000 for required renovations and moving costs.
