“New” high risk leave of absence form has been uploaded to Canada Post’s Website

The New forms can accessed by logging into Intrapost, clicking on:

1.  “Resources”  then;
2. “Forms” and then scrolling down to find ;
3. “Leave Request” and then clicking;
4. “High Risk Leave of Absence form” link.
